How Do I Order?

- Fax us at 540-301-0653 (We'll contact you after receipt to verify your order and make payment arrangements).
- Or, the old fashioned way, phone us at 540-660-5645.
How Do You Ship?
- We use the U.S. Postal Service exclusively for our standard 2-day and overnight shipping needs. We use Priority Mail flat-rate shipping for most orders to keep shipping rates low. Priority Mail is delivered within 2 - 3 business days.
Do You Deliver Locally?
- Local delivery is available. We are flexible with our delivery options. Please contact us prior to ordering to determine if delivery is an option for your order.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
- We accept C.O.D for local orders, business & personal checks, invoicing for companies with an established order history (Net 15), and most major credit cards, via Paypal. If you're unsure, give us a call prior to placing your order. If paying by personal check, we follow the "one bad check & you're cut-off" rule, meaning, we will no longer accept personal checks from you and we'll send our cookie goons after you. ;-)
Do You Accept Wholesale Orders?
- For information regarding wholesale pricing and policies, please direct your inquiries to kendra@kendrascookies.com. Please include your business name, phone number and the type of business you are.
Do You Donate to Charities?
- Kendra's Cookies prides itself on aiding charitable organizations by donating cookies geared towards their cause. Charitable cookie donations are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please fill out our Charitable Donation Request Form to be considered.
